I ordered a steeped tea with 2 milk and 3 sugar from Tim Hortons, and Harman made it perfectly. The drink was hot and fresh, and I really liked it. Thank you, Harman, for the great service!
Went to pickup my order and open the bag and they didn’t even wrap my item just threw it in the bag. Probably picked it up with their dirty hands even. Apparently there is no manager or supervisor on shift either… on vacation! This isn’t even a training issue, just common sense! Get it together Tim Hortons. Love to hear back from the manager when they are back from vacation!!!
