the employees didn't even know english and i asked for my order to be repeated and they didn't understand what i was asking and they didn't even have half the menu and ontop of that they dropped the money i handed them,50 dollars, and had my companion hugo chase after it in the wind they took forever to answer us at the video and got mad at our food request, mind you those items were on the menu and they got mad we asked for it, they also laughed at us for no reason that was rude

Yesterday I ordered my large Oreo ice cap at counter and it was redeemed and the points have been deducted from my app. So , one of the crew member of your location from evening shift , told me it’s not redeemed and you have to pay and replied to me so arrogantly and gave me the attitude to pay . As it was already redeemed , she told me to scan again and pay for the ice cap . I tried to explain her but she refused and did not gave me the ice cap . I had a really bad experience at Tim Hortons on Sunday. I spent $16 on drinks and they were terrible. The vanilla latte was just milk with espresso on top no flavor at all. The iced oat latte was way too sweet, even though I asked for just one pump. Really disappointed. No coffee at all!!!!!
