I do not recommend getting the dinner deal at this location . The staff are rude. They said that they could not make potato wedges, that my husband had to pick a different item. He picked dounuts. Then, while my husband was still standing at the counter, another staff member brought out a whole tray of wedgs. When my husband questioned the staff about the wedges, they said that he requested apple fritters and never asked for wedges. He said i did ask for wedges. I want to share that I have been to this Tim Hortons an hour ago and left my bag over there. On the way back after realizing I called them , I don’t know girls name who took my call and kept my bag. I am really glad and grateful to her.
Extremely rude staff. No greeting, no “thank you,” not even basic manners. Felt like I was an inconvenience just for ordering. This isn’t the Tim Hortons experience I expect. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
