No doubt this is busiest location of tim hortons . The way they treat customers is appreciable. There are new faces in this store i noticed . I didn’t read the full name of girl was unique one . Just read three letters RIM . Is usually on drive thru window she keeps smiling while passing the orders . She is so polite. Thanks
No point in placing a mobile order for this location. I placed an order in advance and it was supposed to be ready at 9.19 AM today morning. First they brought wrong order and then gave one item from the order around 9.25 AM and finally the complete order at 9.38 AM. 19 min wait for advanced mobile order is not acceptable.
People working at the nightshift last night are aweful, they dont care about customer service at all. The manaagement needas to look into it. Unfriendly nature and disrespectful
