I want to give a big shoutout to Rimple for her amazing service at Tim Hortons. She is always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Whether it’s a busy morning rush or a quiet afternoon, Rimple always has a smile on her face and handles everything with efficiency and care.
Awesome service
Very poor service at this Tim Hortons. Staff are always talking and laughing instead of working. Orders are taken very slowly, both inside and in the drive-thru, and they often get them wrong. It feels like no one is managing the team properly. The manager clearly isn’t doing their job—this location needs serious improvement.
if possible i could have give it zero star, no customer service. i was waiting there almost like for 10 minutes. the girls were there doing their own work. none of them even said “will help you in a minute or so”, so i end up buying nothing and left. this is not a way to deal with the customer.
