Disgusting. Unacceptable Bathroom! I walked in thinking to get a snack with my 2 year old little girl. She asked me to used the bathroom so we rushed to the bathroom instead. They buzzed us in and i was mortified. MORTIFIED. The changing table was broken and there were dirty pants on top. Toilet paper everywhere. Socks on the floor. Toilet paper dispenser was empty. I've never had any issues with my orders here, that being said, this location needs a better system during morning rush (around 7 am) especially for mobile orders. You can't pick up your drink yourself like other locations, which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance when you're stuck waiting for 5 minutes to pick it up. There are handwritten paper signs indicating mobile order pick up (versus waiting for orders after ordering at the till), but they're not very visible and people end up crowding the mobile order counter... read more
I was very disappointed with my drink today. It tasted watered down, lacked flavor, and did not seem to be prepared properly. On top of that, the customer service was poor. The staff did not seem attentive or interested in helping, which made the experience even more frustrating. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but lately both the quality of the drinks and the customer service seem to have declined. I hope improvements are made to provide a better experience for customers.
The staff here are snobby and when I was short by ten cents for my order they redused to let me off !Embarrassing!
