Awesome service, awesome food , great work team.
1. Wonderful experience in this outlet. 2. Every time I went there, I got warm welcome by employees and have helped to get proper food. They also acknowledge valid discount coupons. 3. Great seating arrangements inside (also can seat outside common area). 4. Definitely recommended place to visit.
All the other crew members are good, but the general manager, who wears a grey shirt, is the worst I have ever seen. When I ordered my breakfast there, she didn’t know how to enter it properly. Then, she struggled to pack a wrap correctly. Every time I visit, the washroom smells awful, and the condition of the toilet seat is even worse. I recently visited the store and had an unpleasant experience with the staff. I attempted to complete a survey by taking a screenshot on my phone, but I was informed that only paper surveys were allowed. While I understand store policies, the way the staff communicated this information was unprofessional and rude. Their tone was dismissive, and I felt disrespected as a customer.
