To the management of this location, please educate your staff on the concept of hot and cold transfer. I bought an " ice coffee" from this location today (August 31st) and just before I received it, I saw the girl who made it carrying it pressed up against two hot coffees. This is no different than leaning hot french fries up against cold pop. I wouldn't have bought an "ice coffee" if I wanted a warm drink.
