Waiting time for food is more than usual
Why is the tall slim black lady with short hair screaming at the customers ? I go to this location often and today she abused me too she doesn’t do her job properly and doesn’t like when customers go back with complaints or issues . Full marks to the staff, however always very busy and crowded.
Every time I order the Farmers Sandwich – Egg & Cheese, I receive an Egg & Cheese English muffin instead, with no hash browns and no chipotle sauce. On multiple occasions, I have also paid extra for chipotle sauce and extra hash browns, but when I open the package at home, the add-ons are missing and the item itself is incorrect. quite busy location but service was fine. But I believe they can make it even more better by adding more workers since alot of people come here. Instead of lining up for coffee. Also the Place was clean. I tried to study there which was clearly my mistake since it’s so busy but for quick coffee definitely right spot.
