Ordered 2milk 1 sugar tea this morning (online order) and what we got was just Tea and sugar with 0 milk or creamers. Kindly take care of customer’s valuable money.
Some incredibly miserable staff here - staff lady felt like she had to ruin my day and tell me off because I stepped away for a call and wasn’t there to immediately pick up the order after it took 10m+ to prepare. Gave me a lecture. I do feel for her, but it’s not that deep and certainly not my fault she was so unhappy with her life Threw out the food and left
Burnt bun, dry meat, and complete lack of customer service, first time in a long a time and will be my last unless I am starving to death and very very desperate.
I am regular customer at this location however I have noticed that there service has become really slow like really really slow. I used to come and order and still had enough time for me to catch a train however nowadays even if I order online it is still not ready by the time I reach there. Tim at surrey central station locatiom has become way faster than this location. Very disappointed!!!!
