Very slow!!!!!!
Services is slow also I didn’t got exactly what i ordered i ordered french vanilla with 2 cream and .5 sugar they just given me regular french vanilla
They usually have good staff but one of my experiences with a staff member ruined my experience. I asked her to heat up the cheese twists and she looked me dead in the eyes and said "we already heat them up". I of course know that that's how it's cooked but usually the staff re-heats on request. I saw that it was the end of her shift and she just wanted to leave with half work done it seemed.

I’ve been a regular customer, but today’s experience has completely changed that. I placed a mobile order well in advance, expecting a quick pickup as is standard at other chains (Starbucks, A&W, Subway, etc.). Instead, I walked into a chaotic scene: a long lineup for mobile order pickups, no visible organization, no status board, and no clear process.
