Too much slow serving too much waiting time
Would have been nice to be charged 20-30 CENTS not 2$ for a cup of water. Your rules state bottled water is to be charged 2$ plus not cups of water. Will never be spending money here again.
The drive through window explained to me that I could only get hockey card discount with only purchase of coffee or tea and no other beverage applied .
We were at this Tim Hortons today, and was EXTREMELY disappointed. They had absolutely NO coffee ready and the two boys at the counter were goofy around together, the drive thru was lined up...assuming they were all waiting for coffee and the girls working the drive thru had to tell the boys to "get back to work"....this location was being runned my teenagers it seemed. Very unprofessional and VERY immature. As I am seeing from other reviews, nothing seems to be getting done about this location.
I'm not sure what makes these guys significantly worse than any other tim Hortons but, they should get an award for that. There is never anything in stock. And employees don't seem to care.
