All I came in for today was for a package of coffee filters for my Tom's (Bunn) coffee maker. Every 2 or three months this happens... First they tell me they don't sell them. Then they tell me that they will text the manager. All Strathroy locations give me the same excuse.) Today I was told to come back tomorrow and speak to the manager... apparently she is the only person that can help me this time. Every time a painful experience. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!
Here, service is more important than cuisine. No one could notice the enormous pothole that was directly invading Tim's land at night. That pothole ruined my brand-new car. They constantly told me to leave my name and phone number when I asked for the manager and supervisor, but I never heard back, assuming they didn't give a damn. This goes to owner and Managers, you guys really need to improve on training your employees properly on everything at store. listening scale is very important in business. So that way customers don't have to come back for a mistake that the employees make on the customers orders. It is not fair for any customers to go home, or work to find out the order is wrong. This happens way too many times at this location.
Me and my daughter came through the drive through ordered an extra large coffee and a frozen lemonade we got to the window and one of the works where swearing saying she didn’t wanna make the Effing lemonade to the guy that was serving us will never came back to this Location works need to have more respect when there’s customers at the drive-through window
