First time at this location. They were out of half the items on menu and one of the slowest timmies I've been too.

I was walking with my kids and my husband @8pm when they've decided to have some Tims. Upon entering and lining up to wait for the staff at the counter a man shouted inside the counter i believe that was the staff. He was an old guy and he is very grumpy. We patiently waited as we are deciding on what to order. When he finally came down to grab our orders he was really rude since the minute he assisted us on our orders up until we head out.
