Unfortunately I routinely go to this Tim Hortons because it's the only one on my way to work. They consistently have no breakfast items during breakfast hours and today was the last straw in me writing this review when they messed up my order simply giving me the wrong bagels - no big deal! I don't work far so I drove back and let them know what happened because my daughter came to work with me today and wouldn't have eaten the one they gave us - so I just needed the correct order for her sake. I've come to know if I want to pick up sweets early am in Strathroy Monday thru Friday I have to make a stop here there's a nice elder [female] baker has donuts & muffins normally ready by 5:45am - 6am. When she's not working hard to get a donut or muffin at any of the 3 locations in Strathroy before 6:30am.
I've NEVER had a bad experience at this location however recently, the service has been incredibly fast and even better (Bagel quality, pizza quality, special cookies), Just wanted to recognize all the employees hard work. Thank you for keeping me satisfied and awake. I couldn't add a photo because I had already eaten everything I ordered, it was that good. Eat first, think later.
