My friend came here for a tea. Ended up with a coffee with tea bags in it. He is allergic to coffee. When it was brought to their attention they laughed.

I do not use the drive thru anymore due to so many things being incorrect, I was in the store today waiting at the counter a little after 230 i witnessed what looked to be a supervisor yell and berate a fellow employee in the middle of the store for simply asking if anyone was serving the customers inside, surely so that she could, if not. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Zonia, she’s always such a friendly and hardworking person at this Tim Hortons. Every time I stop by, she’s welcoming, quick, and gets everything right even when it’s super busy. You can really tell she cares about what she does and about the customers. It honestly makes a big difference when she’s working, the whole vibe feels better.
