Quick and accurate service in a busy part of town. That’s really all you can ask for. Plus it’s clean! The drinks they make were perfectly standard for Tim Hortons. Good example for other Timmie’s in saint Catharine’s.
Hi I am here many times and always have mostly order and what’ make me happy is that when they saw me walking in they already start making my meal and after payment handover with very happy attitude and mostly manager Emalene she always say hi to me and ask about my girlfriend too
I live near the apartments and this branch has always been a dissappointment. Their card machine is so outdated that tap option for cards doesnt work. They refuse to accept cash. Their staff always mix the order. Too much turn over. Everyday I see new staff. Their coffee machine is always broken which is suppose to be the main selling item and staff has no clue on estimated time of getting fixed. There were 2 times I took the take 12 coffee flask . I stopped by around lunchtime and placed an order. I had an issue with the card payment terminal. I tried tapping my Mastercard twice, but the payment did not go through. The employee told me that Mastercard tap payments were not working, but instead of calmly explaining the situation, she became visibly annoyed with me. I was simply trying to pay, and it was not my fault that the card machine was not accepting the tap payment. While I was looking for another card to use, she made me wait and closed the door. The young drive through employees are constantly rude. They have such off putting attitudes that make you feel uncomfortable. I always regret stopping at this location. It’s every single time, they act as if you’re inconveniencing them. There has been a few times I have overheard them talking poorly about customers while I was at the window.
