I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. It honestly felt like the employees are not properly trained at all. Basic things like taking orders, preparing food correctly, and handling customers seemed confusing for them. On top of that, the staff didn’t look happy to be there. Their attitude came across as uninterested and unmotivated, which really affects the whole experience.
