Coffee good. Miss the on site donut baking and the down sizing of the donuts.
Why have so many workers on and most standing around and the order is still not correct. Then they get angry when you ask for the correct thing you ordered Terrible service
I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru today July 5th at 11am and was very disappointed by the experience. The employee who handed me my order had a strong, unpleasant body odor that was noticeable even through the window. It was so off-putting that it made me feel sick to my stomach. I immediately turned around and returned the order without consuming anything. Health and sanitation standards are extremely important when handling food and drinks.
