Abusive behavior So Apparently asking for a fresh pot of coffee is equal to being an asshole . I know the rules say I am allowed to ask for a fresh pot of coffee but the rules didn't say they were gonna be abusive about it. Nikhil and Ashwin I believe are the names of the people working on the night of 2nd August. One of the worst Tim Hortons experiences ever . Ps Thanks for ruining my night.

Earlier today, I visited the store and ordered an English Muffin and Biscuits, both double toasted. However, upon taking the first bite, I immediately noticed a strong burnt taste. Upon further inspection, I found the corners of the sandwich to be severely burnt. I returned to the drive thru to inform the staff about the issue and returned the sandwich.
