I ordered a veggie wrap, but was given a chicken wrap instead. As a vegetarian, this was extremely upsetting and disappointing. It affected me emotionally, as I’m very particular about not consuming meat. Please be more careful with vegetarian orders, as mistakes like this can be distressing for customers.
I ordered a Habanero Veggie Wrap, but I was given a non-vegetarian wrap instead. I am a strict vegetarian, and consuming meat goes against my religious beliefs. This was a very serious mistake and caused me significant distress. I would like you to take this matter seriously, investigate how this happened, and provide an appropriate resolution. Please also ensure that proper procedures are followed so that this does not happen to another vegetarian customer.
Took them 25 minutes to make my order right. Hire some people maybe?
