Restaurant is under construction. Service is a little tough as they try to find their groove. Can't wait to see what it looks like when it's done
Depending on time of day, staff is usually good with orders. It can get very busy very quickly. It is disappointing to watch only one or 2 people trying to do everything but they do the best they can. They need proper amount of staff as people tend to get frustrated get quickly.
Abusive behavior So Apparently asking for a fresh pot of coffee is equal to being an asshole . I know the rules say I am allowed to ask for a fresh pot of coffee but the rules didn't say they were gonna be abusive about it. Nikhil and Ashwin I believe are the names of the people working on the night of 2nd August. One of the worst Tim Hortons experiences ever . Ps Thanks for ruining my night.
