Went to pickup a Too Good To Go order of baked goods - cashier forced me to swipe received - then proceeded to look around - found nothing and went to talk to the manager then said the manager does not allow him to give anything on display- mind you - TGTG showed 2 still available in the app plus the one I ordered - told me to cancel and get refund - TGTG Doesn't refund after you swipe received unless you spend a few days chasing the refund and says you cannot swipe received without the item in hand - lesson learned - never ... read more
Not sure how they can run out of straws and general supplies. On a regular basis the butter is too hard to spread like it’s straight out of the fridge. Always seems disorganized. Clearly management issues
am a regular customer and always get excited to see the window lady! Was looking forward to seeing her yesterday but there was someone new working, she was such a sweetheart! Her name tag said Mercedez, the car name is cool my kid loved it. She was such a doll, must be new as ive never seen her before but wow she was great. keep hiring more staff like her, it really brightens up the experience!!
No crispy chicken. No ice Capp cups. Order came to $35 and no efffort to go above and beyond. Then waited for food at window while asked what order was. Poor customer service.
