They totally ignore the customers inside the store in favour of the drive through. Bad experience, should have been a quick 5 minute visit for a box of timbits and took 20 minutes.
Team leader name tag on the girl; couldnt catch her name but she was quick, service was prompt and she asked how was my day- something rarely done at fast food establishments.
Absolutely ridiculous service. We went through the drive through and tried to order. At 7:45pm they had no slow roasted chicken for the cilantro lime chicken wrap. When we tried to order a chai tea double double, not once but three time we asked they said they couldn’t make it. Yet they could make a steeped tea?
