I’m honestly sad there isn’t an option to give zero stars, because I absolutely would. I was waiting to order at the drive-through, and they told me to pull into the left lane—even though there was no one else there. After making me wait for five minutes, they let two or three cars go ahead of me and didn’t even acknowledge me. Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Wait for 20 mins for them to stop taking orders as soon as you get to the counter to make pre-orders. You'd think this is once? No this is every single morning. 10 mins in line, 10 mins waiting for coffee to be made.
Great tim hortons to stop at. Busy, but never wait
I went into the restaurant and everyone was cheerful and helpful. I had purchased 2 dozen smile cookies for work. They were very efficient. I also went through the drive-thru that week, it was quick and efficient.
Great service. Order is always made fast and tastes great!
