So the lady who "helped" me and my mother in the drive thru was insanely rude towards my mom because the cashier was mumbling and she asked her to repeat something and came back with total attitude for no reason what so ever?!? absolutely horrible attitude and just so disrespectful towards my mother. I’ve been coming here for more than two years, but the quality has really gone downhill over the past year. The coffee and steeped tea often don’t taste fresh and are not stirred properly. It’s disappointing because this location used to be much better. Every time I plan on going for a day trip up or down island… or for a test a school… or a job interview, I am conveniently presented with cows milk instead of almond milk. It makes me understand why someone would fake an allergy. This morning I ordered a large latte with almond, because I can’t have any dairy, because I’m severely intolerant, I firmly ask for NO DAIRY. Nothing worse then getting home with breakfast and its half made. Ordered a sausage and egg .forgot the sausage ...what a boring bland ripoff. Guess will try the other Tim Hortons next time.
