Food and coffee is fine, typical Tim Hortons inconsistency. The main problem is you’ll have a line up of 30 cars but that staff is so incompetent they can’t make coffee and bagels. Horrible service. Too much talking and playing around, not enough working. High school students should be working here and they would be doing a way better job. Sadly this is an issue Tim Hortons will never fix, they’ve already shown us they’re against hiring young Canadians who need work. took a bite of my sandwich...They messed up my order in drive thru...pulled around they remade it, but insisted they take the already eaten sandwich back before making my new one. Waste of food.
Food is decent. Never had a issue with the food and drinks it's just regular Tim's. Staff do the bare minimum. I pay and no hellos or thank yous from them. Workers seem to chat more and work less. So many flies in the lobby and kitchen that I WOULD PAY PEOPLE to not eat inside.
