Its February 3, 9am, me and my kids swinged by to grab farmers wrap and coffee. The lady in the drive through is in a hurry taking orders, she is not even listening properly to our order and we didnt even understand her properly. While on the window, just as expected, she missed one of our orders. Its not being rude but this incedent is not a good reflection of good service for this branch. The worst "Canadian" chain restaurant. Bad food, bad coffee, bad service.
Very poor service, completely neglected people in store for the drive thru.
I use to go here every morning as its down the street from my home, I have stopped going to Tims all together. Morning staff needs a good lesson in smiling and friendliness, There was one guy (new Canadian) here who was always smiling and friendly but he is gone now. And were left with new Canadians who cannot say good morning or crack a smile. I have started making coffee at home.
