Out of all the locations that I frequent, this one is consistently out of tea, the sugar machine is always out, there are very few donuts on the shelf, and I have walked out without purchasing my order about 10 times in the last few months. Extremely disorganized. I have turned around and left the lineup after 20 minutes and all people are doing is ordering coffees. It seems like there is a Tim Hortons on every corner. Obviously that’s not the case. This a typical Tim’s so the service and food was good. Lots of parking and easy access to the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and well lit.
I’ve been coming to Tim Hortons for years, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. This location consistently provides such an amazing experience from the moment you walk in. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with multiple warm smiles, which immediately made me feel welcome. So I order espresso on the app, then Puneet tells me they can’t do it I also order timbits off of the app and surprise surprise They don’t have those either They refuse to refund me because “it’s through the app” Maybe don’t let people order stuff that you don’t even have in stock How do you as a coffee shop not have espresso?
