15min and 2 people in front of me to get a tea inside the restaurant. 4 people working the drive thru 1 working the lineup inside. After wairing 15min they made my london tea incorrectly. I mentioned to the manager that the cashier/server for inside needed help. How come the drive thru is moving fast yet the line inside isnt moving. Another reason not to go to Tim's. Im done. The London Fog was so gross I had to throw it out. $7 in the garbage.
Worst tim hortons ever. They close 30 minutes ahead of time and forget orders. I just made an order in the drive through and waited over 5 minutes to not receive my coffee. I watched the person inside look at me, laugh and walk around for 2 minutes and then start someone elses order.
Ordered a toasted sesame bagel with plain cream cheese, cheddar, and tomato (all paid add-ons). I was given a bagel with butter instead. I had to go back through the drive-thru to address it. They refunded me, but there was no apology and no attempt to remake the order. The issue wasn’t the money — it was the lack of basic service recovery after a clear mistake. Disappointing experience and not what I expect from Tim Hortons.
