All Tim's are the same....every one. Poor slow service with mediocre food and even worse coffee. Why the attraction, I have no idea. Last resort and in case of coffee emergency...
i am disappointed with service. Service was very slow even they forgot to prepare. However, one staff member (guy) was polite and helpful but overall experience was frustrating and their service needs improvement.

If I could leave a lower star, I would. I came here ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter and bacon. Twice.They got my order wrong and the manager is rude to the customers. It was right on the screen in the drive through. You are in customer service lady That's not how you treat customers. The short a little brown girl was the manager. Rude
My iced drink was given to me with an improperly closed lid, causing it to spill and make a mess. Basic service and safety were clearly not followed. Thanks for ruining my day.
