I recently had a frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons, unfortunately, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from the chain, which is why I usually avoid it. This visit was out of necessity: I was off-grid in the Marmora area and needed food and water. With animals in the car on a hot day, I used the drive-thru and ordered a turkey sandwich, no bacon, no tomato, due to medical dietary needs. Predictably, it still came with tomato. Thank You for adding the Matcha drinks to your menu. Today I ordered my first Vanilla Match Latte it was made perfectly as well. Very delicious will be definitly enjoying this very tasty drink so happy to see it on the menu. Feeling Grateful
If i could, i would give this a 0 star review. The most unfriendly and unprofessional tim hortons i have ever gone to. Drive thru was not busy, nor was the store. When we pulled up to the window to pay, the staff just said “hi” and starred at us. Did not tell us how much the total was, asked if we had a tims membership or even simply did not ask for a payment method, but instead just starred waiting for us to initiate. Also had a terrible selection of offerings available on a Saturday afternoon.
Great Tim Horton, its been a while since I had a a quality experience like this.
