I’ve visited this location twice in the last two days, which I rarely do, and both experiences were so lovely that I genuinely wanted to leave a review! On Thursday around 8:50am during a very busy rush time, I was served by a young Sikh gentleman wearing a turban who was honestly one of the politest people I’ve encountered at a Tim Hortons drive-thru! By far the worst tim hortons ive ever been in. Sadly its one closest to our house. Every day they manage to screw up our order. Some of the staff are rude and pushy at the window and dont let you finish speaking. Would be nice to actually get what ive paid for. Still mess up order daily even after repeating
