Yesterday I had terrible experience with jab**something, very rude behavior to word customers I was there to pick up tea with a shot of espresso ☕️ but the guy who was helping me didn’t add it I asked is there a shot in my tea because I asked for one he said “why u never asked” and started arguing with me where his call workers got involved and told him to stop being rude . This happened yesterday around 4:40sh July 12/ I didn’t want make a complaint but I was very upset about it anyways good luck to u guys.

amazing job guys, every time i come here, you have really nice and the service is great. you guys honestly meet the satisfaction of customers. thank you! shout out to this whole team!
Walked here at 8:30pm, 2 workers just standing around talking very loudly and 1 girl who came from behind the counter sitting on it! Playing with the straws and laughing loudly. Only 1 boy was working diligently. Very rude and unsanitary! When I told them it doesn't look good they started talking about me in their language.
