Disgusting. Awful customer service and an absolutely travesty in regards to health and food safety. This place needs to be visited by a health inspector immediately.

This wasn’t my personal experience but one a witnessed, there was a gentleman who ordered in front of me who told the staff member his coffee was wrong, all the girl did was look at the guy who made it and asked if he stirred the coffee and he replied yes. Then they completely ignored him afterwards as he stood there. No appoligized or response from any of the team members who continued to walk by him. I believe this is the same employee that many other reviewers have mentioned. After reading the reviews, I noticed several complaints about a staff member named Jashanpreet. and I interacted with this exact same girl today. Her lack of professionalism and poor hygiene made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Because of this, I do not plan on returning to this Tim Hortons location. Management seriously needs to address this, as employees who disrespect customers and neglect basic hygiene ruin the store's reputation.

I was served by an employee named Jashan, and unfortunately the interaction felt extremely rude, blunt, and unprofessional. The way I was spoken to made both me and my friend feel uncomfortable. We left an honest review about our experience, but it was later reported and removed. Instead of trying to silence customer feedback, I believe concerns like this should be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I hope Tim Hortons management looks into what happened and ensures customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
