“I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a Tim Hortons. The employee name MAUREEN’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive, impatient, and made a simple interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. It honestly felt like customers were an inconvenience to them. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store. If management values its customers, they need to address this behavior immediately.
