Love this small Tim Hortons! For the amount of people that go here they are very fast paced and try their best. Kamal has been so kind to not only myself but everyone that lines up for their order. Keep up the good work guys! You're doing great!
I experienced very poor service from the manager who works during the early morning shift. I would kindly suggest not assigning her early shifts, as she seems unable to handle even simple customer inquiries effectively. Her attitude was quite unpleasant — she appeared irritated and made expressions as if she were serving coffee for free. The staffs are not taking any orders properly. I have waited for almost 15 mins. I got poor experience. This shop is a shame to all Tim Hortons.
