Me and my family literally skip over 2 Tim Hortons to specifically came to this one cause they’ve always get my order right and are always friendly. It has been over 2 months now of the owner not buying or properly fixing the ice machine. Kind of hard for your employees to do their job to the amazing standards they always do when they don’t have the support from the owners in fixing the literal machines you need to run a business.
