The owner seems cheap like most Tim Hortons owners. Drive thru sensors haven’t worked in at least 2 years, so you have to let them know you’re there to which you get met with a rude “wait a minute”, the workers leave the headsets on while you wait for them to take your order so you have them yelling at eachother through the speaker in your ear. And then a can’t even understand you when you order. Never coming back.
I ordered delivery 3 hazelnut cold brews and a french ganilla.After 45min I contacted the store and they are telling me now that there is no hazelnut syrup and they couldn’t make my order and they tried to contact me. I did not receive any calls or any voice mails. And even tried to contact the driver and they said its not the number cause driver didn’t take it cause they didn’t even make it, and they won’t even cancel it. Great store. Great food
This Tim Hortons is so unsanitary. I went in this morning and ordered my bagel like always I got my bagel and the wrapping that my bagel was in was covered in butter. The butter got all over me all over the steering wheel all over my vehicle while I was going through the drive-through. I went into the store to complain about it, and as I was looking, I saw in the back that the cutting board that they were making the food on was dirtier than anything I ever have seen.
