I waited 20 minutes in the drive through and my order was messed up twice I had to go in store. I asked for a large caramel iced coffee and a medium hazelnut iced cofffee, the lady made 2 medium iced coffees and proceeded to mark the wrong one hazelnut, when I told them the caramel was supposed to be a large they proceeded to take the wrong coffee (the hazelnut) and dump it into a medium cup and not give an extra shot of cream or syrup and hand it out. Very disappointed
The old Indian lady is extremely arrogant. I came around 4 am , there were 2 cars. Still I had to wait so long for a cup of coffee it was still made wrong (as usual). At this point, I wanna make it a formal complaint, so there was no nametag and I asked her name, “Ranjna is my name”, she yells rudely as If we are her slaves. Zero etiquettes.
When it comes to coffee, i think about Tims and there is none better than it. I have been there for coffee late night and and i said hi in microphone, some lady asked me on drive through what do you want and i felt very bad she asked rudely and i replied for coffee double double and when i went to window her face expression were not so good and she gave a coffee which is not even warm.she smashed the window bcoz i didn’t tip her.
