This evening at approximately 7:45 we went through the drive thru. The lady taking the order was rushing even though I said I had more to my order. We ordered 3 drinks one of which was a decaf coffee. As I'm pulling out I notice the coffee said dd(double double). I had to get out go inside and tell them this is the wrong coffee as they giggled explaining to me that the decaf was going to take 5 minutes to brew and that they had to give me the decaf from the espresso machine. My friend and I visited the Tim Horton drive-thru and ordered everything bagel around 9 20. The service was quite slow — it took over 5 minutes in the drive-thru, and the staff seemed off. When we tried the bagel,they had a strange sour taste, as if something was expired or off. We couldn’t even finish them and had to throw them away. Very disappointing experience.
