They couldn’t get your order correct if they wanted to. I had to explain what a meal combo/trio was. Still got it wrong.
Almost every time I order something, they mess up my order. Today I ordered a Caramel Toffee Iced Cup and received a Caramel Iced Latte, which didn't even taste like caramel and was very bitter. I specifically repeat twice it so it would be an Iced Cup, but I guess talking to their colleagues was more important. Actually, I came to pick up a Too Good To Go.
