Pay attention not to make a mistake in the order because the lady who attends the drive through gets angry and scolds you , has a very rude aptitude and then hides behind the others, I hope I don't feel like I want a coffee when I return to this area; I prefer not to take it before she scolds me again. Sorry I didn’t catch her name, at least the boy in the window say sorry for her 🤷♂️
Very bad service I ask for ice cap she give me ice coffee and 20 timbt only chocolate but she mix everything...

This tim hortons is best timmes in fergus. The staff working over there is very friendly and nice. They always are happy and smiling while serving no matter how much busy they are specially in the evening there is one girl working with name REET. She is very sweet and kind. I love tim’s.
