1-Star Review I am absolutely shocked by the treatment I received at this Tims. I ordered a simple croissant and hashbrown, and instead of just preparing my order, the staff actually made fun of me. Their comments were rude, unprofessional, and even racist, with one of them saying the customer (me) would “have a bad day.” Is this what customer service has become at Tims? I ordered two Turkey Bacon Clubs yesterday Tuesday around 12.15 pm. They had no bacon and no mayo only turkey and lettuce. I am very disappointed with this Service. i had to go somewhere yesterday and didn’t have time to come back. When I reached Guelph, I checked and saw that the food was made wrong. This is very bad service.
