Took 10 minutes to order, and the staff could barely understand what I was saying. Thus they messed up my order. The overall place was very dirty, only good use is as a restroom. Even at that the restrooms are disgusting every time I go in, very disappointed in the service, cleanliness, food, and atmosphere.
Best Tim Horton’s in Fergus. Food is always made properly, they double check your order. They are efficient in their timing. The other Tim Horton’s on Tower is terrible food. No dignity in how they make their wraps etc. This one has dignity in how they are making their food. Crispy and toasted well everything the food is top notch and I don’t mind paying money for things well made. I regained my faith in Tim Horton’s again. I will drive across town to have their options. Well done!!!!
