We used the app to order ahead for our family. Pulled up to the drive thru and were told a number of items were unavailable (it was suppertime). It was a bit painful, but we managed to find replacements for each item, although we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for some things. When we pulled up to the window to pick up the items, the worker actually told us to "not do that again" because it was too much food and too late in the day.
