The lady in drive thru was so rude!
Pretty bad when I have to carry around my own sugar to make my coffee right. Seems like a hassle to get sugar for my coffee
They refused to give me a box for a Boston cream donut. I told them I’m eating t later and don’t want the fondant off of it. I said I would pay extra for a box. (They charge for extra cups so could have just ran it that). Customers should always come first when it comes to something this simple. I have had at least 20 donuts with fondant on it get messed up from the bag. Do better.
Love this Tim’s. Staff are always so friendly and get my order right.
