Very disappointed with my experience today. The male employee at the drive-thru window made an extremely inappropriate comment to me while handing me my order, asking if I smelled something and then saying that the car in front of me “smells like shit.” I found this completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that employees may have their own conversations, but saying something like this directly to a customer is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this situation appropriately.

Big shoutout to this girl at the drive-thru! Every time I come around 5 a.m., she always greets me with a smile, even when it’s super busy. I forgot to ask her name, but thank you for always being so friendly.
