Even though this is a 24-hour. Tim Hortons. I showed up at 11:02 p.m. she hadn't locked the doors yet and allowed me to pick my donuts from the display instead of going through the drive-thru
Absolutely brutal customer service for being "in the center of town and beside the police station" ..... Let the manager know it's not supposed to be an inconvenience for a customer to ask for a cup of ice water... And when I get looked at like yeah whoever's making your drink can make your water... And I said okay. I thought I was under the impression you were here too. But I guess you're just a manager eh.... And so I won't be there again..
Ordered a double stacked farmers wrap and received the incorrect item. When I took it back the employees returned the same wrap with added ingredients. So the employee handled the item that I had bit into and was handling other people’s food. While even the owner was present. It’s certainly a hygiene issue at that point. Why not throw it out and make it correct instead.
