I’ve been a loyal customer at Tim Hortons for years, but honestly, this location has gone downhill. The coffee is fine, but the food is a complete joke. I order everything bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese almost every day, and every single time they barely put anything on it. You’re basically paying $5 for dry bread. I ordered so many times from this Tim Hortons and their quality in food and service is not worth your money. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. The total for that was about 12 bucks which is insane. They barely put any cream cheese on your bagels I’m practically buying bread. On top of that, In other Tim’s they have a normal size wrap, this place only has a snack wrap size. Some of the staff here are HORRIBLE! The Indian man in the afternoon is beyond rude! Unless the blonde lady is with him. I’m assuming manager of some sort. Blonde lady is sooo nice and funny always cracking jobs and goes above to please us!
