Breakfast sausage croissant was super soggy and inedible. Hashbrowns were limp and soggy as well. Seems like at this location no one really cares about customer service or quality of food. It always takes forever to get anything.
The staff at this location are always so wonderful! I order my I coffee here every day and they are always very accommodating. I have celiac disease and they always take extra care to clean the ice cap machine so I don’t get sick from cross contamination. It’s to the point now where they recognize me and every staff member knows what to do. I can’t express my gratitude for this team. They are all so hard working, have a great attitude and are very welcoming. Thanks everyone!
Staff should Better right than talking and asking stuff out of concern Literally can be called harassment I just don’t want to exaggerate issue because of one person All other staff is great
The wait time for my order was completely unacceptable. What should have taken a few minutes turned into a very long wait with no clear explanation. This was one of the most frustrating Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had. Poor service, excessive delays, and a very disappointing customer experience. I would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made.
