Extremely poorly run, Tim Hortons. Waited 10 minutes for an ice cap only for them to palm off a melted ice cap on me. They told me to wait three minutes for a new one. Five minutes later, I inquired where the ice cap was and they said they need another five minutes. So I wanted a refund and had to wait even longer for that. Tim Hortons is gone so downhill it's not even worth going to. Quality sucks and employee service sucks
