It’s slowly getting better with a few good customer service Workers. Been going to this location for over 25 years. This is one of the many Tim Hortons that has gotten rid of the polite, accurate and efficient employees to replace them with new to Canada employees that are slow, inefficient and have zero customer service skills. Customer service used to be important.
They’re usually on the ball but they messed up my order twice this morning. Idk how you do that with like 20 people’s in there.
it was a nice experience. all the staff members have a welcoming approach.
