I like tims because its nice to eat
Lately it’s impossible to order anything on the menu that has any substitutions or excludes an item on a sandwich. It’s like I’m confusing them as to what I want. I can’t say they are my go to place anymore as the quality isn’t there and the prices are high for what you get on some items. I’d say the service isn’t bad at all tims but the majority, and I travel all over south western Ontario , are lacking.
Waste of space this Tim's is if you drive through I am a local and I have given the place to many chances to be better only to be let down time and time again sometimes they get my order right sometimes they don't Horrendously long drive-thru times. For example, today I waited for 20 minutes only to get to the window and be told that the debit is down so I couldn't get my breakfast. No signs posted. No warnings
Currently undergoing renovations. Still open but service is slow. Only drive thru open
Every time i go into this tim hortons im greeted with a smile and a fresh cup of coffee. they truly know how to start someone’s day right! Thank you tim hortons!
