I went to the Tim Hortons in Blue Mountain Village and had Shekhar taking my order. He was very nice and polite and made sure all of my cousins and I were satisfied. If I was in charge of the pay, I would definitely give him a raise. Thanks Shekhar!
It’s my 3rd visit here. I ignored the first two times. Shop is dirty. Flies roaming in the donuts and cookies cabinet. My child wanted one but I didn’t get it bcz of tht. Staff is rude. !
I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews for this location. It’s definitely a small spot, and the walk-up counter was closed while we were there. However, ordering ahead through the app made a big difference. We got Tim’s three times during our stay in the village and placed our orders about 10 minutes before arriving. Each time, our food and drinks were ready when we got there, which made the experience smooth and convenient.
I ordered two iced capp the guy gave me one and while I was waiting for the other one he asked me what is your order and I told him I was waiting for another iced capp, and then he figured something that he messed up orders and he started yelling at me and said why did you take this coffee it wasn’t yours but he was the one who handed it over to me saying this is your iced capp. He was so rude, and didn’t know how to behave. Worst experience
