I was disappointed with the quality and presentation of these bagels. The shapes were irregular and inconsistent, and several areas were visibly burnt, affecting their overall appearance. The uneven preparation and excessive browning suggest that greater care is needed during the shaping and baking process. Given the price, I expected a more consistent product with a better appearance and quality. I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the overall customer experience.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was friendly, the staff were helpful, and my order was fresh and delicious. Everything was prepared well, and the service was quick. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I’ll be happy to visit again! ☕🍩
I wish I could give a zero star. Firstly, I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a bagel and tea and then I got a bagel with butter dripping, not even cut and a napkin literally dirty with butter. Your staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. The female employee on the window was so arrogant and didn’t even say Hi. Thats the least you can do if you’re working in customer service.
