At times the service is somewhat fast, however the majority of the time it can be a longer wait to be served. It is like pulling teeth most times to get your change back, and when you do you have to watch closely as many times it is not even legit cash you are getting back. I have got what appears to be quarters but it is currency from another country, or a car wash token instead of a Canadian dollar. Be very aware of what you are getting back for change.
I always go drive thru, but hate going to this tim hortons because there's always regulators asking for handouts, so annoying. I started going to the one across town now and by the looks of it, most people are going there now, drive thrus always packed lol but the coffee and food is great, thanks

Great customer service, clean environment, will always go there, the bathroom always clean, friendly staff and service.
