One of THE WORST Tim Hortons, mind you ALL OF THE TIM HORTON'S IN CANADA SUCK NOW!!! They can NEVER get the order right or usually missing something out of the order. I LITERALLY overheard a small family coming out of the store complaining about the service!!! That is NOW THE NORMAL. My fiance went into the store and the woman tried to make HIM PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!! If they run out of regular roast coffee, they don't tell you and give you dark roast seems like they're always out of something on the menu
I would like to inform the owner that your staff has been locking out your regular customer because of the look we workers are dressed in I'm in my dirty jacket or sweater because I work outside on vehicles in whatever areas that they break down at and I have been locked out of the store because they think I'm broke and needing handouts I have seen this actions happen as I've sat inside to have a coffee and your staff have been locking out customers that are native that have funds to spend there but your workers have kept lo... read more
