Terrible customer service. The staff don’t even know what promotions are available in their own app. I showed them the promo I had, and instead of honoring it, they just kept saying “this promo is not valid” without even checking properly. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. If you’re going to advertise deals in your app, at least train your employees to recognise them.
They throw the food in your face whether your ready for it or not
