I like the look of this store. Good service
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons today. The employee who was at drive through window made my coffee incorrectly, which can happen, at least we all humans. but what was really frustrating was their attitude when I pointed it out. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the mistake politely, they acted dismissive and gave me attitude. Good customer service isn't about never making mistakes—it's about how you handle them.
