Made the mistake of placing a mobile order here at 7am. Seems noone was there to take orders. doors were locked and drivethru was silent.
I sat in the drive through for almost five minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I almost drove away thinking they were closed. Only to have my order messed up but not notice until I am already back home. The tea also tasted old. And my daughter egg on her breakfast sandwich was overcooked.
Service is brutal, and staff have no idea what's going on (also fairly rude). Messed up breakfast order, and by the time they made it 'right', our food wasn't warm anymore. Also, if you don't serve an item at your location (iced lattes), please remove the option from your location on the app. I don't want it replaced with a cheaper item after I have already ordered it. One of the worst Tim Horton's locations I've ever been to.
