Stood in line with a guy that was already waiting to make an order. We stood there for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. I walked out soon after, thanking them for their customer service
It’s one of those places that’s great when you're passing through and just need something familiar. The service is generally consistent, and it’s a handy location for a caffeine fix before hitting the road again. Not much for surprises here, just classic Tims.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Lizza! I visited the drive-thru around 10:30 PM, and even at that late hour, she was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. She took my order clearly and accurately, made sure everything was right, and had such a friendly tone that it honestly made my night better.
