Order is wrong almost everytime I order something other than coffee Service incredibly slow and it feels like it's a chore to be waiting on servers. the staff who have been there for years are still wonderful....just not the newer. Coffee is good 50% of time. Addition: Went there today....first time in ages. They were not overly busy. While standing in line, I witnessed them make 3 errors on 3 consecutive orders ahead of me. This Picton location is by far one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to in a long time! The service is great, the food is always fresh and the place is always clean which is love for my kids. The variety here is awesome, my kids love the birthday Timbits! Will definitely be returning

I went there to get 6 donuts and that would usually be around 8 something with tax and then I check my bank account statements and I see that someone there charger $16.58 so first you give me bad service and then you take more money out of my account
