I've been coming to this Tim's Hortons since it opened a few years ago, and I've found that the food quality is sadly declining, I get the same order everyday and there's a 60% chance my coffee is burnt and my bagel had no butter on it. I'd love to keep going to this store but it's starting to become difficult if I want a good meal, as well I find the service in drive through is almost aggressive, where once you pay your food and drink is almost thrown at you (I get that short times are important).
