Ordered a Steak and Cheddar, Supreme Stack and a quencher. Both sandwiches were burnt. One to a crisp. It's very obvious when you're assembling a sandwich that it's burnt. Why even give it to a customer like that. If you wouldn't eat it like that you shouldn't be giving it to a customer. Unfortunately we were already on the road and no time to turn around, but I think that's what you are banking on when you send garbage like that out the door.
