I came in today and I got a coffee and a donut, the staff were amazing and smiled when I walked in the door, they were very polite and quick.
I received the wrong order today, and when I went back, the staff showed very poor customer service. There was no apology, and the employees spoke with attitude instead of helping professionally. The situation was handled in a rude and unprofessional way. This location needs better customer service training.
