I visited the Tim Hortons on Dogwood in Courtenay on August 15 at 4:15 PM. The employee at the front counter, who seemed to be delegating to other staff, took my order for a dark roast coffee and 2 double toasted English muffin. Colleagues said there was no dark roast. I watched this employee pour me regular coffee and run my muffins through the toaster only once, despite my request for double toasted.
