Disgusted!!! First review should be 1 start across the board, due to the following, but it won’t let me change it. Tonight I ordered a coffee and a donut, and had to chuck out my donut due to food safety concerns. When being served my donut, it was dropped by the worker against their body/lower shirt, and instead of getting a new donut, they continued to package the donut and hand it to me. Great staff, very friendly and speedy. They make a great iced coffee and a mean medium double double. My food is always fresh however no 12 grain bagels:(
My bagel had very little cream cheese. It was to the point my bagel was mostly dry. This location isn't the only one. So far it's at any location I've been to. Very disappointed in Tim Horton's spreads for a while now.
The staff here are very friendly and personable. They are fast at making your order with minimal mistakes.
