I have been a long time customer of tim in gander but lately I have notice the workers there with beards but not wearing a hair net over the hair in there face while making or serving the food.you should make them wear the hair net.its disgusting
orders were back up. waited for my order for a long time, then told me there was no cold brew. Gave me an iced coffee instead without a refund. Disappointed.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. The blonde-haired woman with glasses making my sandwich didn't change her gloves frequently, and the wait was almost 30 minutes. To make matters worse, she was quite rude.
