Customer complaints, orders being messed up, I ordered a refill coffee and associate did not know how to ring in. Training is required at this location
I have been a long time customer of tim in gander but lately I have notice the workers there with beards but not wearing a hair net over the hair in there face while making or serving the food.you should make them wear the hair net.its disgusting
orders were back up. waited for my order for a long time, then told me there was no cold brew. Gave me an iced coffee instead without a refund. Disappointed.
