Very friendly people and good service.
The team at Tim Hortons is friendly and very welcoming. As soon as you walk in many team members will say, "Welcome to Tims." They smile. Yes, actually smile as they take your order. I got my usual large double double with espresso and it was quickly made. But what made my experience worth it was the greeting when I left. "Thank you for your visit, have a great weekend and see you again soon." Super friendly Tim Hortons!
My sandwich was burnt and hash brown in it is so hard. They should let customer know we don’t have at least don’t serve old and burnt food.
