I went in on Sept 30th . I ordered 3 extra large steep teas. 1 was black and two were 2 milk only, got home they all had milk and sugar. This was drive thru. I came home and once found out they were all wrong, I called the manager told him what happened and he replaced all teas correctly. The drive thru needs to pay attention and double check orders before letting them out the window. Not the first time.
I ordered a grilled cheese melt and they gave me a bagel with cream cheese. I also ordered a 10 pack of timbits and they only gave me 9. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Slowest service ever in a Tim, wasn’t even busy.
Friendly staff. Clean store
