A pink haired staff on drive thru Sidney & bridge st, was overly rude to me while I was just trying to get my coffee. I asked for a large black coffee and she said ok then as I got to the window she had mixed up my order, I let her know and handed her back the food and drink she gave me, she snatched it out of my hand in annoyance almost??? Then after gave me my drink and said “here” in a tone I can only relate to a moody teenager. Don’t know who spat on pinkie-pies cupcakes this morning but leave me out of it!
*Employee Recognition* I walked into this location this morning, it was around 9 am and very busy as usual. I would like to take a moment to recognize the manager working today, Danielle, who was kind, upbeat, friendly and had such a genuine and wonderful attitude, it made me smile as I waited in line to place my order. I am a regular at this location and am always blown away by the outstanding service provided by Swetang. Whether in drive thru or at front cash he makes the experience better in every way. The customer service he provides is personable and friendly. He is known by regulars and always greets people with a smile. 10/10 recommend visiting this location and getting to know the staff yourself!
Im a frequent flyer at this tim hortons, and part of what keeps me coming back is how fantastic a lot of the staff are! And i have to bring to light a certain staff member, Swetang! He is always friendly, quick and always makes my order right. He is always quick to right a wrong, and ever so polite in the process. He works hard and you can really tell! Always enjoy my interactions with him! Keep up the awesome work Swetang!
