When it comes to bad customer service, the North Front Tim Hortons Always wins.
This is my all time favourite Tim Hortons! I come in multiple times a week and the staff always knows my order. They’re so friendly (I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff but I can specifically shout out Patel as being great but sadly don’t know anyone else’s name!) They always get my order spot on. You’ve got a great team there and they deserve all of the recognition.
It was a good experience being there. Great customer service and no long waitings. Must try !
Today 12 feb at 4:15. I dropped my card while paying and couldn’t reach it because my car was too close to the window. The cashier happily came out and picked it up for me with a big smile. Such a kind gesture — it truly made my day. Thank you!
