I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for years. The service has simply continued to decline and has now reached a point that is no longer tolerable. Your staff look through and ignore customers standing at the counter. Staff training on basic communication and being friendly and courteous is desperately needed.
I just ordered frensh vanilla small size now when I was home i surprised that was the cup isnot full it was just in the middle i bought that with money not candy that's a kind of scam shameful
