I went to many tim hortons but today i went to this location at 9pm and i got a very good service from jatin. He is such a kind person. Overall great experience.

I have been coming here everyday just because it is close to my workplace, but the service i got today was the worst. There use to be a time where customer's satisfaction was priority but over here they simply do not care. Above all I just have this gut feeling the issue could have been handled differently I were not black! What a way to start the day!
