Not sure why Tim Hortons locations in hospitals are exempt from using the mobile app or the rewards point system. I was just at one while writing this and was told they don't use either. It seems pretty unreasonable, especially considering that people often end up stuck in hospitals for hours, waiting on loved ones going through surgery or treatment.
