Strong but fair Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The service was slow, the staff were not very helpful, and the overall experience was frustrating. I expected much better customer service and quality. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for customers.
The Tim Hortons at CrossIron Mills was absolutely disgusting. The restaurant was dirty, the service was terrible, and my Iced Capp wasn’t even filled properly. But the worst part was the staff’s behaviour. Instead of completing customer orders, workers literally stopped what they were doing and came forward to argue with me. Even the manager joined in and everyone basically teamed up against the customer. Absolutely unorganized. Most of the time the trash bins are overloaded and garbage is out of it. If you order through the app it'll take more time for you to get the food or coffee, and when you get it, it might be something you didn't order. P.S: but these Harry Potter donuts are incredible, try it before it's gone
