"I am writing to formally complain about the service I received at your location on October 25, 2026. Today, I paid for my order and then waited for over thirty minutes for a simple coffee. The staff member assisting me, a Black man, handed me my bagels but proceeded to completely ignore my requests and multiple follow-ups regarding the coffee. I was made to stand and wait for half an hour while being dismissed by this employee. This level of customer service and neglect is entirely unacceptable."
